We live out of state. After the death of my brother we needed to sell his house in Las Vegas. We flew out for the weekend to see what exactly needed to be done. We got on the internet and stated calling realtors. It was Sunday and we didn’t really expect anyone to answer. But Faith not only answered she came out to meet us before our flight! She was so kind and very professional. Above all she was honest!! She told us what she felt we could get out of the house and explained the steps of probate court in NV. (It’s a lot different than our state) We were so impressed we committed to her that day. Best decision we could have made. Faith helped us find house cleaners, painter, and even helped us when we were contacted by the HOA that we needed to replace some dead plants. She had three offers in less than 24 hours of listing.
