If you are looking for an attentive and knowledgeable realtor, then Tasha Boyd is the person to see! She was always available to me and I was treated like a VIP. She kept in constant contact with the seller, lender, and escrow officer to make sure no issues occurred and quickly identified areas for them to remediate. Having bought and sold many homes, I can highly recommend her if you are seeking top-notch service. The team she works with is just amazing as well, and that camaraderie displays itself as extremely experienced, and capable of delivering service excellence. This was my second property using her and is truly one of the easiest and best experiences thanks to her.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tasha. We met with a couple of realtors before Tasha, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest, she listens and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Tasha Boyd walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
