She is honest, she listens and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Tasha Boyd walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. Faith provided me with a list of her tried-and-true contractors, and she even arranged for a painter and a flooring installer to provide estimates the same day we met. The recommended contractors were very skilled and the end result was absolutely stunning. The comments from the real estate agents that showed the property were all in agreement that the house is gorgeous.
