I needed to get the house on the market and sold as soon as possible. The house needed some simple repairs, but I also wanted to invest in some upgrades and give it a beautiful aesthetic so that it would appeal to all buyers. My goal was for it to sell quickly and fetch top dollar. Faith guided me in the right direction as to what improvements buyers want and expect for houses in the price range and location.

Faith provided me with a list of her tried-and-true contractors, and she even arranged for a painter and a flooring installer to provide estimates the same day we met. Because I was out of state, Faith and her team did a lot of extra legwork on my behalf to coordinate the repairs and upgrades. The recommended contractors were very skilled and the end result was absolutely stunning. The comments from the real estate agents that showed the property were all in agreement that the house is gorgeous.

We had the house listed, sold and CLOSED in about three weeks and we got over the asking price. Faith and her phenomenal team went above and beyond in every way, I cannot thank them enough!
