Being a first time buyer and completely new to this process, Tasha was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were selling our parents' home in Las Vegas and we live out of town. Since the pandemic hit just after we went on the market, Faith and team took care of everything that we had intended to do when we returned to Las Vegas, including packing up some items we left behind and sending them to us, and coordinating and overseeing some projects for the house. They went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected! Faith even sold our house twice, as the initial buyer fell out of escrow 2 days before closing, on a Friday afternoon. The house went back on the market Saturday morning, Sunday was Mother's Day, and our house was back under escrow again by the close of business Monday! Faith and her team do not miss a single detail and got the house sold quickly, despite the pandemic and riots! Faith took the time to answer every question we had, which often involved 3 way conference calls between our family (siblings) living in separate states, and Faith and our parents' house in Las Vegas. We could only search for houses online during the COVID-19 Travel restrictions which made if difficult especially because we had never been to Vegas and knew hardly anything about the neighborhoods. Who buys a house online?? Luckily we had Faith and once we found a new listing of a house that we loved popped up, we needed to act fast!
