When it was time for me to move and find a new home in Las Vegas I knew I wanted to work with someone who could take the pain out of the process. Prior to working with the Faith & Team staff at Urban Nest Realty, I had worked with another local realtor in the quest for the ideal home but had a communication issue with which led me to Tasha Briere. I already knew with my first phone conversation that Tasha was going to be the one to help me find my new home. She's extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in her processes and most of all she cares.

Faith and Team were excellent to work with! As a first time home seller due to serving as a power of attorney seemed like an impossible task on-top of everything else I had going on. I was referred to Faith by a friend and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I live in Ohio while the house that was being sold was in Nevada. Her team made recommendations for improvements to increase the selling price and connected me with individuals who were capable to complete the jobs. The work was completed and exceed expectations for a reasonable cost. The house was on the market less than 72 hours, received 20+ offers, all above list. We went under contract when my role changed from power of attorney to the executor of the estate. Her team worked with me to complete all of the necessary paperwork and also, played an instrumental role in keeping the original buyer happy to remain under contract. 8+ months later, we officially closed with the original buyer still above list price. This all happened with me 2000+ miles away from the home and it’s truly thanks to Faith and her wonderful team! In this crazy market cycle, we had no choice to sell our home in Las Vegas. I was mainly in Florida while my husband was in Vegas.
