Unfortunately at that time we decided not to sell and to stay where we were … fast forward 3 years…we decided to sell our home and had no doubt Faith was the person we wanted to work with. We didn’t want to put our home on the market until we had found the home we wanted to purchase. We had an idea of the area we wanted to be in and a price range we felt comfortable with. Her photographer is top notch and did an awesome job with the photos and the video. Once we found “the” home and made our offer, Faith had our “old” residence listed within hours. We sold our home in 7 days! Faith was so knowledgeable and had the forethought to make sure we could rent back our “old” home until we could get moved in to the “new” home. This allowed us to have the new home painted inside and carpet replaced so we didn’t have to work around furniture and boxes. If you're looking for the best Realtor in Vegas, do yourself a favor and go with Faith & Team! My partner and I moved to Vegas from the east coast in 2013. After a horrible experience with another realtor in the area, which included him not answering calls/texts/emails and giving misinformation on several occasions we found Faith in Zillow. She had excellent reviews and we gave her a call. She was detailed and made the process very smooth. She made sure to only show homes that she knew would interest us. In a strong sellers market she was able to get us the perfect house at a great price. Honestly something we didn't think was possible given the market at the time. Fast forward a year later and I was looking for a home of my own to purchase. Right away I gave Faith a call. It was still a sellers market with few houses within my budget and preferred locations. She would show me every property and always made sure to keep my best interest at the center of everything. She even dealt with me getting cold feet and pulling out of a house the first time. Eventually she helped me close on the wonderful home in exactly the area I wanted and on budget. A year later I found myself moving out of state for work. At this point I had a friend recommend a real estate agent and thought I would give someone else a try when it came to selling my home. The problem with that is that many real estate agents are like used car sales(wo)men. The real estate agent promised me a lot of things and in the end she does not deliver on a single promise. I ended up keeping the house for another year and renting it out. I again made the mistake of going on a referral from a friend for another agent. This agent again made a lot of promises and didn't deliver. The home sat empty, in a strong sellers market, for nearly 2 months dealing with a buyer she was also representing. After the deal fell through I knew exactly what I had to do - I immediately called Faith! She wasn't even mad at me - just happy to hear from me and immediately jumped into action. Not surprisingly, once everything was switched to her things went smooth. The house went into contract within 2 days of listing. Faith and her team were very organized and made the process so easy for me, as an out of state seller that speaks volumes. It boils down to the fact that I would never recommend another real estate agent to anyone in the greater LV area. My sister already knows who to go to when she's ready to buy a house.
